Scheduled Service Outages

Because we use a web load balancer, most unscheduled outages can be avoided. Prior notice of scheduled outages (maintenance, etc) will be announced on the System Status page. Current status is shown our Site Status page.

The Basic service is monitored 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday. Problems discovered during this time are responded to immediately, and "like production." Outside these times, problems are responded to on a "best effort" basis. However, our use of the web load balancer reduces the visibility of most issues.

The Premium service is monitored 24/7, and we respond to issues immediately. If your need is critical availability of your web site, we recommend the Premium plan.
